Greens Prairie Road will be closed on Tuesday from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. between I&GN Road and Wellborn Road as Union Pacific crews finish the railroad crossing maintenance work that began last weekend. The recommended detour is I&GN Road to South Dowling Road.
Starting Monday, Krenek Tap will be closed to through traffic from Dartmouth Street to Central Park Lane for about two months. Residents will have access, and detours will be in place as crews install drainage infrastructure as part of the Krenek Tap Rehabilitation Project from Texas Avenue to State Highway 6.
